A natural and eco-friendly material you may have noticed our cotton products have a very distinct rustic look and feel. Unbleached cotton is exactly what the name suggests – cotton that has not be treated with bleaching agents or other chemicals to change the color of the fiber. As a result, it retains its natural white or cream-colored shade.

Unbleached cotton textiles are produced using environmentally friendly methods which require less water and energy consumption, minimizing their impact on the planet.

Our cotton textiles have been woven on the warp (vertical) using natural unbleached cotton and on the weft (horizontal) using recycled cotton.

Recycled cotton is created from pre-consumer bits and pieces such as leftovers generated during the processing of virgin raw materials, semi-finished products along the supply chain and cutting scraps (consider that during the production of traditional textile products, the average waste of cotton is 45%).
